3BeCoaching with Rebekah Nanfria

Sheena and I recently had the opportunity to record an podcast episode with Rebekah Nanfria of 3BeCoaching. I had a friend reach out who asking if we would be interested in connecting with Rebekah. My friend’s company offered 3BeCoaching as a resource for parents who were returning with the workforce after being on maternity/paternity leave. Sheena and I were, of course, intrigued to learn more about this coaching resource and quickly reaching out to Rebekah to learn more & set up a recording date.

If you haven’t yet, take a listen at our episode with Rebekah. She does an incredible job explaining what exactly is 3BeCoaching, how she got into her role, and what a session may look like for a new parent returning to work.

Rebekah was a wonderful guest on our podcast. Both, Sheena and I, didn’t know this resource was out there for new parents! Here are some links if you are interested in learning more about 3BeCoaching. We encourage you to check it out if you are at all curious - Sheena and I felt like we received a mini-coaching session with Rebekah just by having her on our podcast.

We love many things about doing our podcast and blog with one of the top being to connect parents to resources they may or may not know be out there. Parenting is hard no matter what stage, but if you are a new parent who is returning to work and feeling like you could use one more person in your support corner, we encourage you to check out 3BeCoaching!

Thank you, again, to Rebekah, for sharing her story and spreading the word about 3BeCoaching!
