Season 1, Episode 10: Mental Health Awareness Month—A Family’s Journey

This episode is one that is near and dear to our hearts as we discuss a topic that is very important to us. May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We have spent our careers supporting children and families struggling with mental health, and believe that one way to break down the stigma around mental health is to share our stories. In this week's episode, we have a dear friend, Susannah, join us in the podcast to share her family's journey navigating mental health.  While this may be difficult to hear and may be triggering for some, it’s important to discuss and know that no one is alone in their journey.

If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, please reach out to your private provider, check out NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-8255).
